I started my journey working for an Irish in-flight entertainment provider, called In-flight Dublin. This was a great start for me because I got the opportunity to work with some of the biggest airlines brands in the world. It was this experience that helped me get a Mobile UI Design position in Aer Lingus and it was here that I fell in love with designing for Native Apps. When a Senior position came up, I was delighted when my manager asked me to apply for it. After successfully being promoted to Senior Product Designer, I led all aspects of product design for the mobile team.

After a nearly three years, another opportunity came my way, as an ex colleague of mine from Aer Lingus reached out to me about an exciting opportunity in an “up and coming” start up that had just secured series B funding from venture capitalists such as Bill Myers (Google Ventures) and the Founders Fund. It seemed like a great opportunity and gave me a chance to broaden my horizons beyond the airline industry. So I entered the world of medical technology. I’ve been working in Teckro for two years now as a Senior Product Designer.
